Keep shining!

Mystery Solved: Meet Jessica Overcash ⚡
Meet Jessica Overcash, Charlotte County's newest 40 Under 40 honoree.
Jessica moved from Pittsburgh to Charlotte County for what was supposed to be a one-year assignment at Integrity Electric. Instead, she found an unexpected career in construction, grew into leadership and became a co-owner of the family business.
Today, she supports local careers, advocates for women in construction and invests her time in the community she now calls home. She and her fiancé are also building their forever home and future in Charlotte County.
Her story captures the purpose of Careers on the Coast: showing that young professionals can build meaningful careers, become community leaders and enjoy a life they love right here.
