Attorney Monica Taibl is a native of Florida and has been practicing since 2007. She offers legal services in Jacksonville and across Northern Florida where she practices Personal Injury. Attorney Taibl also works part-time as a Senior Program Attorney for the Guardian ad Litem Program in Live Oak, Florida where she advocates for children in court proceedings. She became a volunt
eer for the Guardian ad Litem Program in June 2003. She was awarded the Florida Pro Bono Service Award in 2010 and 2013 for the Third Circuit in front of the Florida Supreme Court. Her pro bono work has been primarily through her participation at Three Rivers Legal Services, Inc. University, College of Law (J.D. 2006)

MATTHEW TAIBL:
BIO
Matthew Taibl is a licensed Attorney in the State of Massachusetts, graduated from the University of Massachusetts School of Law - Dartmouth and works as a paralegal for the family firm. He has worked as a Special Assistant District Attorney for the Worcester District Attorney's office where he second chaired numerous jury trials and evidentiary motions. Also, having previously worked as a Property and Casualty Claims Insurance Adjuster, Attorney Taibl learned how to communicate effectively as the middle man between the insured and the insurance companies.
Not only has Attorney Taibl been a victim of four automobile accidents himself, but he's also lost three family members and almost lost his mother, all to car accidents. He watched his mother suffer in and out of the hospital after a drunk driver left her with broken ribs, a ruptured spleen and emotional trauma. For this, Attorney Taibl has a strong compassion for people that have been victimized due to someone else's negligence and will fight hard to get them justice. EDUCATION
