Dear Contractor-Builder;

“2025” is right around the corner. The future holds promising forecast for contractors. There is to be recovery n gains forthcoming.

The Real Estate industry shows the need for residential real estate. Small home development for the first time home buyer or individuals down sizing. In addition, homes for buyers that are upsizing n growing.

There is limited inventory due to low one time interest rates given during the pandemic n owners are not moving as quickly to bring supply to demand.

Policymakers are to be focused on the supply-side of the market to let builders build.

The Fed is to make less restrictive credit conditions for builders and the long-standing need for more supply.

This email letter is a call of action for You n I to work together to make the above happen.

There is land to develop. Homes can be rebuilt n renovated. Plus sites to develop or refit for residency.

I can research for your budget to bring profit in helping to increase the residential market.

It is my forte to work with contractors/builders to transpire n grow the market.
