These are unprecedented times. Many families are facing very difficult situations. Parents are concerned about their children being exposed to the Coronavirus (COVID 19). Some parents are afraid of allowing their children to leave their home to exercise time-sharing, while other parents are suffering because they have not been able to see their children for weeks. Many are worried about their ability to pay their support obligations. There are many unknowns. The courts throughout the State of Florida are closed to the public, handling only emergencies. Now more than ever mediation is an effective tool to assist families resolve their legal disputes without the need of court intervention. To meet the needs of the community, I have reduced my mediation hourly rate to $200 per hour. I am available to mediate via Zoom or any other online platform. I am bi-lingual (English/Spanish) and can conduct mediation in Spanish.
