An uncontested divorce (unlike a contested divorce), is a divorce proceeding in which you and your spouse agree to proceed with a divorce and are in agreement with regards to all of the major marital issues.

Wait, what? Yes, you read correctly. The two of you wish to go ahead with a divorce and can come to an agreement on any outstanding matters of the marriage.
