Yeah this is an extreme example but still, who does NJ think they are??

When you look at what $1 million gets you along the New Jersey Shore the term “mansion tax” quickly becomes ridiculous - it’s just too much and needs adjusting if you ask me…

Doing Brick next - and that might be more mind blowing than these!!

Point Pleasant Beach & Point Pleasant Boro are popping at a torrid pace while sandwiched between Monmouth County and Bay Head- Mantoloking and as you’ll see Brick being a direct benefit from that spillover too.

These are extreme examples, there is still value to be found. Maybe I’ll do a version of this showing some good deals too…
