Mortgage payments are expensive enough these days… what if you didn’t have to drain your cash for the down payment too?

That’s what makes this new token-backed mortgage from Better + Coinbase interesting 🏠₿

For someone sitting on substantial Bitcoin, buying a house has traditionally presented a choice:

Sell some ₿itcoin to raise the down payment

OR

There’s something about starting your morning under an open sky with the sound of the ocean in the background… or ending a long beach day with a cool outdoor shower, salty air and sand still under your feet.

No ceiling. No walls needed. Just sunshine, ocean air and maybe a seagull judging you from a nearby rooftop. 😂

It’s simple. It’s invigorating. And once you’ve spent a summer at the Jersey Shore, you understand:

Welcome to the cliffs of Bay Head…

Sadly this nor’easter has wiped out Bay Head beaches. The waves reaching all the way to the dunes and washing away all the sand that was replenished not too long ago.
