We've moved! (sort of). The Shamy Law Firm is now located on the newly renovated 1st floor at our same location at 2400 Route 88 in Point Pleasant. We are looking forward to welcoming our clients, old and new, in our new space.

United States Supreme Court sides with N.J. to legalize sports betting.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday paved the way for states to legalize sports betting in a defeat for the major American sports leagues, endorsing New Jersey's bid to allow such wagering and striking down a 1992 federal law that prohibited it in most places.
