The weather is finally changing for the better and so is the local housing market. Over the past several months, there has been a noticeable trend towards more housing inventory, buyers becoming more selective and acting with less urgency, homes staying on the market longer, and price reductions becoming more common.

Earlier this year, the National Association of Realtors reached a settlement that changes the way real estate commissions are paid to agents and brokers. There's a lot of mis-information out there.
