Some transactions mean a little more. ❤️

I had the privilege of helping the dad of some of my favorite clients find a new place to call home during a major life transition. He needed something safe, comfortable, affordable—and close to the people he loves.

There were plenty of moving pieces to coordinate between selling, buying, and getting movers lined up. But somehow, in the middle of all of it, we had a LOT of laughs. We share many of the same values, ethics, principles—and the same slightly sarcastic sense of humor. 😂 He was truly a joy to work for.
