Yesterday, we did the nearly impossible and got a complete dismissal of a 1st Degree Murder Case! This was a full dismissal of all charges against our client, not just a charge reduction or great plea deal. We listened to our client, worked tirelessly and fought every step of the way to ensure that justice was served. Grateful for the trust our clients place in us when their lives are on the line and happy to do what we do ⚖️

Another drunk driving case dismissed! Our client was previously told by several lawyers to “just take a plea” but because we fought the case, he walked out with a complete dismissal! ⚖️

Started the week off strong and won a resentencing for a client in a criminal appeal in Hillsdale County Circuit Court! Our client’s previous attorney and the court made errors causing him to serve a higher prison sentence. Thanks to our work on the case, he will now receive a much better sentence that will save him years in prison! ⚖️

Our client went from serving life in prison to him being automatically paroleable. All thanks to attorney Kristina Costantino. Now, he will forever have a well deserved new start to life.

33 years ago our client was sentenced to life in prison for a non-fatal offense committed when he was a 17 year old child.

Today, we convinced the court to immediately release him, without parole, to his supportive family and allow him to be a productive member of society. Finally, Justice has been served.

We are unbelievably grateful for our team who made this life changing ruling possible and for our client who trusted us with his life!

Every year, a very small percentage of criminal appeals are granted and heard by the Michigan Court of Appeals. Today, Attorney Kristina Joseph has the honor of arguing a criminal case before the MI Court of Appeals. Wishing her luck!

In the past week our firm has secured the dismissal of an Assault with Intent to Murder case in Detroit, won a dispositive motion with payment of attorney’s fees in the Oakland County Family Court, and obtained dismissal of a felony Operating While Intoxicated 3rd Offense or more in Macomb County. You don’t have to hire us, but if you have an issue in the tri-county area choose a firm with a proven record.
