Starting October 1, 2023, the USCIS will no longer require an $85 biometrics fee with Form I-539 applications. Any applications that have already been filed or will be filed before October 1st will still require the fee and biometrics appointment. The USCIS may require some Form 1-539 applicants to complete a biometrics appointment and will contact those applicants with further steps.

Webber Law Firm 2.0 is officially TWO years old! This past Tuesday, we embarked on a lunch outing at Kona Grill to celebrate our anniversary and the journey we've had so far. We were joined by our analyst Alexandra from Virginia and Senior Case Manager, Kelsie, who is on maternity leave and brought her newborn twins. We shared a great meal, trying everything from ribeye meatballs and angry edamame to sushi and fried chicken sandwiches.

To prepare for the next chapter of our firm's journey, we went shopping for some stylish footwear at Nordstrom. This next year will bring even more exciting developments for our growing firm, and we're eager to continue celebrating these milestones together!

Last night, the WLF 2.0 crew attended Minnesota Zoo Wild Nights! The MN Zoo just opened the world's longest elevated pedestrian walking loop. The trail spans 1.25 miles and rises 32 feet off the ground, giving you a treetop view of tigers and bears and llamas--oh my!

Wild Nights had a variety of food trucks, so we enjoyed drinks, donuts, waffles, and tacos while listening to the bands scattered around the park.

Our team here at Webber Law Firm 2.0 went to BLVD kitchen & bar as a farewell to Jenny, our summer intern! It has been a pleasure working with Jenny, and she will be missed in the office.

We recommend the prime rib sandwich and mussels. We also enjoyed burgers and drinks--cheers to your next adventure, Jenny!

On 6/30, Webber Law Firm 2.0 enjoyed lawn bowling at the BrookView Golf Course. We enjoyed a hearty lunch with cold drinks in the scorching summer heat and had team-bonding through competitive lawn bowling (with teams designated by Bob)!

What a wonderful summer outing and great conclusion before the long holiday weekend!
