Healthcare fraud isn’t slowing down.
It’s getting exposed faster than ever.

The government has already shifted.
AI-powered detection. Record-breaking takedowns. Billions recovered.

This isn’t random - it’s targeted.

And here’s what most people are missing:

They’re not just looking for fraud.
They’re looking for insiders.

If you work in healthcare and you’ve seen:
– Billing manipulation
– Fake telehealth claims
– Kickbacks or upcoding

You’re not just a witness.
You’re leverage.

Under the False Claims Act, whistleblowers can receive a percentage of what the government recovers—sometimes millions—along with legal protection.

The window is open.
But it doesn’t stay open forever.

Start with the right information:

Most whistleblowers don’t lose because they’re wrong.

They lose because they move too soon.

They trust the wrong channels.
They assume they’re protected.
They underestimate the system they’re stepping into.

And by the time they realize it
the damage is already done.

Whistleblowing isn’t just about exposing the truth.
It’s about how you do it.

Timing. Documentation. Positioning. Protection.

Miss one and the risk multiplies.

That’s why preparation isn’t optional.

At USA Whistleblowers, we focus on what actually determines the outcome
not just the decision to speak up, but everything that follows.

If you’re considering taking action,
start with the right strategy.

Most people think whistleblowing is about courage.

It’s not.

It’s about strategy.

Because the truth is systems don’t just respond to exposure.
They respond to threats.

And if you don’t understand how those systems operate,
you walk in exposed.

Unprotected.
Unprepared.
And vulnerable to consequences most people never talk about.

That’s why what happens after you report matters more than the report itself.

At USA Whistleblowers, we focus on what others ignore
how to move through the process with awareness, protection, and control.

If you’re thinking about coming forward, don’t rely on assumptions.

Start with the right information.

💊 A pharmacist from New Mexico just changed healthcare law forever.
While everyone was focused on headlines, a quiet legal storm was brewing in New York and it ended with a $949 million verdict against one of the biggest names in pharmacy.
Here's what happened 👇
Omnicare (owned by CVS Health) was automatically refilling prescriptions for elderly nursing home patients long after those prescriptions expired.

No doctor review
No authorization.

Just software running on autopilot, billing Medicare and Medicaid millions.

One pharmacist, Uri Bassan, saw it. Reported it. And fought for it.
The result? 3.3 million false claims. $949M in damages. A landmark False Claims Act verdict.
And Bassan? He could walk away with up to $200 million as his whistleblower reward. 💰

This case proves three things:
✅ Parent companies can't hide behind subsidiaries anymore
✅ Automation does NOT replace legal authorization
✅ One person with the right lawyer can take down a billion-dollar corporation

If you work in healthcare and you've seen billing fraud, kickbacks, or prescription irregularities you may have a case and the law protects you.

What if reporting fraud could earn you $240,000? 👀

One whistleblower did exactly that and in the process, exposed a transatlantic education fraud scheme that spanned two countries and 28 universities.

Study Across the Pond (SATP) was supposed to help American students study in the U.K. Instead, they allegedly pocketed illegal commissions, falsified contracts, and let tens of millions in federal student aid flow through fraudulent certifications.

The whistleblower filed. The government investigated. Justice was served. 💼⚖️

✅ $1.3M recovered for U.S. taxpayers
✅ $240,500 awarded to the whistleblower
✅ The first ever case of its kind involving foreign university recruitment

This is what courage looks like. And the False Claims Act made it possible.

📌 If you know about fraud involving federal programs in education, healthcare, government contracts, or beyond, you have the right to report it. You may be entitled to 15 to 30% of what the.

Opioid Qui Tam False Claims Act Case filed by Young Law Group, P.C. Part of $475 Million Department of Justice Settlement Against Endo Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa., Feb. 29, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Eric L. Young of Young Law Group, P.C. ("YLG"), counsel for an anonymous whistleblower, announced today that Endo Health Solutions, Inc. ("Endo"), has agreed to a civil settlement of $475 Million to resolve its civil liability under the federal False Claims Act by unlawfully promoting Opana ER, a dangerous opioid drug that was removed from the market by Endo at the request of the FDA in 2017. Both the United States' and YLG's whistleblower complaints alleged that Endo fraudulently billed Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, and other federal healthcare programs for its role in fueling the ongoing opioid epidemic.

"Today's announcement serves as clear notice that the pharmaceutical industry's questionable, and often illegal, practices will not be tolerated," said Eric L. Young. "This settlement is another important step in pushing back against Big Pharma's efforts to increase the use of deadly drugs by unsuspecting patients."

YLG filed its qui tam Complaint against Endo in 2019. Since that time, YLG and its courageous whistleblower client worked closely with the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Office of the United States Inspector General ("OIG") and the United States Department of Health & Human Services to assist in an ongoing criminal and civil investigations of Endo involving alleged unlawful marketing and sales of Opana ER, a powerful opioid agonist pain killer indicated for the relief of moderate to severe pain in patients requiring continuous around-the-clock opioid treatment for extended periods of time.

YLG's qui tam complaint alleged, among other things, that Endo touted the purported "crush resistant" properties of Opana ER that were designed to prevent improper use through insufflation (snorting) or intravenous injection. In reality, Endo's claim that the drug was resistant to tampering or abuse was false. The qui tam complaint further alleged that Endo's marketing efforts were designed to convince prescribing physicians that Opana ER was safer than other opioid products while encouraging more prescriptions of the dangerous and addictive drug.

"Our client has demonstrated remarkable courage and perseverance in coming forward and working with the government to present evidence of Endo's alleged wrongful misconduct and seeing the case to its final resolution after more than a decade," said Mr. Young.
