We are Hiring for a Receptionist/Legal Assistant at our Omaha Location.
We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to join our team at our Omaha location. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to multitask. The receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette and direct the calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments, updating calendar for attorneys.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Light housekeeping and organization of the lobby and conference rooms.
• Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients.
• Ordering and replenishing office supplies, scheduling office equipment maintenance.
• Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and filing/efiling.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals.
Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Office administration, secretarial work, or related experience.
• Prior experience as a legal receptionist, familiarity with legal terms, legal documents, and filing/efiling, preferred but not required.
• Extensive experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, printers, copiers, scanners, faxes, appointment scheduling and multi-line phone systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and task management.
• Must be reliable and dependable, with exceptional attendance.
