Looking for a skilled construction laborer who is independent, honest, motivated, efficient and has knowledge in the following areas: carpentry, basic electrical, plumbing, siding, window/door installation, roofing, slab work, home maintenance and general renovation experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to work alone and with others, have reliable transportation, their own tools and the ability to work in a variety of settings.

Pay will be based on experience.

This position will involve working on 40 apt building units, two mobile home parks in addition to completing siding, roofing and rehab projects for clients.
