The wonderful folks at VoyageMIA discovered my recent milestone of surpassing $100,000.00 in total donations as a result of the revenue received from my Mediation and Arbitration practice. They wrote a very thoughtful article including an interview with me regarding this accomplishment. You can view the full article/interview with photos by clicking on the below link which I have provided in the Comments section.

Finally, please email me at [email protected] or call 305-798-4111 if you want to schedule a mediation or arbitration and I will provide you with my availability. I will continue to donate 10 percent of all revenue received from your mediation or arbitration to your and your clients' non-profit organization(s)/charity(s) of choice. Thank you all for your continued support!

In our adversarial business which involves Attorneys having to constantly engage with billable hours, client communications, etc., it is very unique and special when a prominent Attorney takes the time to provide you with an email thanking you, praising you on your business model, and complimenting your skills and abilities. This was very much appreciated!

I was invited by the Tunnel to Towers Foundation ("T2T") to attend a Donor Appreciation event which celebrated the grand opening of their state-of-the-art Amenity Center at the heart of the Let Us Do Good Village in Land O' Lakes, FL. The Let Us Do Good Village is where 100 catastrophically injured veterans, GoldStar families, and families of fallen first responders live mortgage-free as a result of the grants and donations received at T2T. Also, I was fortunate enough to meet the CEO and Founder of T2T, Frank Siller, who is a devoted philanthropist. Frank, who lost his brother Stephen Siller (a firefighter) during the 9/11 attacks, is an unpaid volunteer at T2T! He founded the non-profit organization to honor his brother and engage in a mission to provide mortgage-free homes to Gold Star/fallen first responder families, build smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans/first responders, and eradicate veteran homelessness. Through Frank's leadership and generosity, 95 cents of every dollar donated goes directly toward the mission related programs vs. other expenses. This is an absolutely astonishing program expense ratio which is why T2T is one of my preferred non-profit organizations that I frequently donate to from the revenue I receive from my Mediation and Arbitration practice. Finally, here are some pictures of this lovely event which honored these selfless people who have sacrificed so much for our freedom. I was honored to be pictured with Frank as well as with the Honorable United States Marine Corps Sergeant Matthew Hannon, who is a recipient of one of the smart homes at the Let Us Do Good Village.

Finally, please email me at [email protected] or call 305-798-4111 if you want to schedule a mediation or arbitration. I will continue to donate 10 percent of all revenue received from your mediation or arbitration to your and your clients' non-profit organization(s)/charity(s) of choice. Thank you all for your continued support!

Good morning, folks!

I hope you're having a great week. As promised, I am announcing the names of the lucky winners of the Pet Beds Giveaway Contest. The exact total of marbles in the vase was 5,787. Dustin Gatz, who is a Claims Specialist at Cottingham & Butler, was the 1st place winner who guessed 4,525 marbles. Next, Abby Loeffler, who is an Attorney at the law firm of Eraclides, Gelman, Hall, Indek, Goodman, Waters & Traverso, was the 2nd place winner who guessed 8,000 marbles. Well done, Dustin and Abby! Also, I wanted to thank all of you who played in the contest by providing your guesses!

PS: If you would like to see a list of all non-profit organization donation recipients and the total funds received to date, you can find that information on my website. I will place that link in the comments section below.

ATTENTION to all in the legal field!

I hope you're having a great week as we get ready to close out another year. I am humbled and honored to report that my Mediation and Arbitration practice reached another significant milestone last month! Since I began donating 10 percent of all revenue that I receive from each mediation and arbitration divided between each sides' choice of non-profit organization(s)/charity(s), the donations have now exceeded a total of $100,000.00! As a token of my appreciation to all of you and because so many of you loved my pet bed giveaway at the $50,000.00 mark, I'm doubling up my giveaway with two awesome custom designed and handmade Original Fire Truck Pet Beds to the lucky persons who can come closest to guessing the total amount of marbles in the vase. (See photo below)

As you know I am a staunch supporter of non-profit organizations that provide assistance to animals and first responders. Thus, with a goal of producing a product that supports both, I again reached out to local craft artist, Kevin Franciose, and requested that he make these two unique originally colored fire truck themed pet beds. And voila! He delivered again! Kevin made the exterior beds from real wood, all dowelled and hand painted, along with inserting magnetic doors. He also handsewed the interior beds which are washable. Finally, the bed openings are 8 and 1/4 inches wide, 10 inches tall, and 23 inches in length which can easily fit all cats and most small to some mid-sized dogs. (See photos below)

So, if you are interested in winning one of these two awesome pet beds, just email me your guess to me at [email protected] and the two persons closest to the total amount of marbles will win! I will announce the winners via a follow up email and on my social media pages on January 15th. If you win and don't live in the South Florida area, you will need to make arrangements to have it picked up. Good luck!

PS: If you would like to see a list of all of the non-profit organization donation recipients and the total funds received to date, you can find that information on my website. I will place that link in the comments section below.

For the VERY FIRST TIME, the list of donations in honor of folks who chose the Humane Society of Broward County covered an entire column (and then some) in their quarterly "Paw Prints" Magazine as a result of the revenue received from my Mediation and Arbitration practice! The animals and I thank you dearly for both choosing this wonderful organization and for allowing me to mediate or arbitrate your case! ❤️🦮🐕‍🦺🐱🐰

Last week I was invited to sponsor and speak on a panel that presented: “How Adjusters and Attorneys Can Optimize Mediation Outcomes!“ at the Annual Workers' Compensation Educational Conference in Orlando. Our panel consisted of some very seasoned and respected Attorneys and Mediators throughout the State (Adam Ross, Rachel Dobson, and Angela Flynn). I was honored to be a part of this awesome panel and I must thank our moderator, Adam Ross, who (as always) implemented a hybrid presentation of both substance and comedy which took a lot of preparation and skill! The audience certainly appreciated it! Further, I must also thank all of the folks at the Professional Mediation Institute for once again organizing and executing a very successful conference. I'm looking forward to speaking on the panel again next year. Below are a few pictures of our panel.

Finally, please email me at [email protected] or call 305-798-4111 if you want to schedule a mediation or arbitration. I will continue to donate 10 percent of all revenue received from your mediation or arbitration to your and your clients' charity(s) of choice. Thank you all for your continued support and have a fantastic weekend!

Good morning, folks!

Those of you who mediate and arbitrate with me know that one of my preferred non-profit organizations that I frequently donate to via the revenue received from my Mediation and Arbitration practice is the Humane Society of Broward County. Many of you also know through my "Buddy of the Week" social media videos that I volunteer there every week as one of their dog walkers. Fortunately, the videos that I post of me interacting with the dogs are not only shared by many of you (which I greatly appreciate!), but they are also viewed by thousands of people via the public audience online platform setting. This traction has gotten all of the dogs adopted and at a much quicker pace which is so heartwarming!

The Humane Society of Broward County consists of roughly 600 volunteers, and they are always seeking more. There is a myriad of volunteer positions available such as dog walker, dog pal, cat pal, bather, greeter, shelter guide, pet boutique, go-home assistant, behavior helpline, customer service phone rep, clinic assistant, photographer, cat and dog kennel assistants, security, etc. The volunteer opportunities list is almost endless and the positions range greatly from the very active positions such as dog walker to the more sedentary positions such as customer service phone rep or greeter. And they are very flexible with scheduling! If you have a few hours a week that you can spare, you love animals, and you want to make a difference in the world in the form of some very gratifying volunteer work, please reach out to the Humane Society of Broward County directly via the link that I provided in the comments below to get more information and to fill out an application. Here are a few photos of just some of the selfless volunteers who work during my shift. Come join us!

HAPPY VETERANS DAY to all of those who have served! Although verbally thanking a Veteran for their service is a kind gesture, it's too simple and requires minimal effort. It's not enough. They deserve much better and many are in need of assistance. Please make a donation or volunteer to a Veterans' cause if you're able to. THANK YOU VETS! ❤️🇺🇸
