To provide housing options to low-income, single parents, homeless and women who have been released from incarceration. While providing housing these individuals will receive resources and training concerning jobs, schooling and tuition, credit counseling, and down payment assistance for home purchase.To create an international resource center to support financial literacy for all families, single
parents and individuals which include Tax services, supportive housing services, asset allocation, credit counseling, knowledge of budgeting, personal finance, first time home buyer classes and home ownership. To induct veterans and ex-offenders into a pilot program that will enable our returning citizens to cohabitate in a civil and environmentally safe society. This process includes the development of a Veteran Village that would house 100 veterans and ex-offenders. This program will provide them with an education and skill base involving Green Technology. This technology will enable these individuals to go far beyond the expectations of what a sustainable market calls for by developing, designing and building a 'Green' house in a 'Green' factory setting. This will bring one phase of economic development to our city by training and employing 200 – 300 community residents of the 'Queen City'. This is intended to raise our economic value as well as provide 'Green” affordable housing. REO Preservation Division
Tri County Regional Credit & Housing Solutions is a for profit company formed to meet the supply and demand for adequate, safe and affordable housing as well as service these properties and any others that may need servicing. We specialize in REO Management. Tri-county is in partnership with for profit as well as not for profit agencies and organizations whose goals and objectives are the same. Our main focus is to supply housing for our returning Veterans and their families. This service will be extended to the entire community of Plainfield and surrounding areas as well. As well as offering supportive housing, asset allocation, credit counseling, knowledge of budgeting, personal finance, first time home buyer classes and home ownership. Tri-county is comprised of experienced and bonded individuals who have the capability to service abandoned, foreclosed and pre-foreclosed (if applicable) properties. This is a service that is greatly needed to maintain the property values in any particular neighborhood. New Jersey has almost 30,000 homes stuck at different points in the foreclosure “pipeline,” according to court records. These homes need to be preserved so that their value remains constant; they need to be winterized for the winter. In many instances they need to be cleaned by means of removal of anything left by the previous owners to be considered broom clean. They need to be secured and exteriors need to be maintained on a regular basis. This is a much needed service which my company can provide. We have a bond and proper insurance to handle this type of work along with the needed manpower. We have 10 crews of experienced individuals which allows us to offer services in the following areas: sheet-rock repairs, structural repairs, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, pool maintenance and repairs, landscape maintenance and repairs, roof repairs, pest inspections and repairs, painting, HVAC repairs, winterization, debris clean-up, re-key, chimney inspection and repairs, etc. Our prices are on a scale which is competitive with today’s market in the industry.
