Cheryl’s unique approach to marketing stems from having previously spent over 15 years in the marketing and product management industry. Combining her background in marketing, a natural flair for interior design, and being a Certified Staging Consultant has proved to be invaluable to her clients. Her hands-on approach to staging the client’s home, consists of using existing items in the client’s home and offering suggestions of décor purchases a seller can make, that will enhance the homes appeal to potential buyers.

Seeing the potential in a property and suggesting updates or changes in the décor or furniture placement, allows Cheryl to assist buyers in selecting the perfect home. Whether working with buyers or sellers, she strives to negotiate the best terms for her clients. When met with a tough challenge, Cheryl is very creative, strategic and skillful in working through the issues.
