A warm welcome to our newest team member, Steve Armstrong! 🎉

Steve brings more than 30 years of combined experience in finance, government housing programs, and real estate-related services, providing clients with a unique and comprehensive perspective on every transaction. His diverse professional background allows him to guide buyers, sellers, investors, business owners, and developers with confidence, insight, and a results-oriented approach.

Before entering real estate, Steve spent 23 years with a multinational banking institution, where he developed extensive expertise in commercial and consumer lending, financial analysis, and risk assessment. His banking career provided a strong foundation in evaluating complex financial situations and helping clients make sound investment decisions.

Steve also served seven years in government, administering affordable housing initiatives, community development programs, and grant-funded projects. This experience gave him valuable insight into housing policy, economic development, and financing resources that support both residential and commercial real estate opportunities.

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Steve offers clients a distinct advantage through his deep understanding of financial analysis, investment evaluation, and long-term wealth-building strategies. His experience as a Registered Real Estate Appraisal Assistant further enhances his expertise in property valuation and market analysis.

Steve's commercial real estate knowledge includes site selection assistance, financial statement review, income-producing property evaluation, and lending requirements for commercial, mixed-use, and investment properties. By combining financial expertise, valuation knowledge, and market insight, he helps clients make informed decisions that align with their personal, business, and investment goals.

A longtime resident of Central Ohio for more than 30 years, Steve has developed a deep appreciation for the communities he serves. He is actively involved in giving back through volunteer work with organizations such as Children's Hospital, the Delaware County Food Bank, and the Ohio University College of Business Alumni Board. He has also served as a youth volleyball and football coach.

Outside of real estate, Steve is a passionate supporter of the Ohio University Bobcats, an avid golfer, and a former High School basketball official. He lives in Powell, Ohio, with his wife and is the proud father of two children, both graduates of Olentangy Liberty High School who currently attend Ohio University.
