We are proud to Celebrate 15-years as Luzerne County’s Workers' Compensation Law Firm.

Fifteen years ago on April 1, 2011, I decided that April Fool’s Day would be a perfect day to open a law firm, and on April 1, 2011, The Belt Law Firm opened for business. 15 years and 2,030 clients later, we have obtained over $63,800,000.00 in benefits for our clients.

To better serve our community, we have moved our Kingston office to a larger more accessible space in Pittston and continue to maintain an office in Hazleton, Pa. Both of our offices have bilingual staff, and our four attorneys focus their practices on assisting clients with work injuries. I would like to take a minute to thank all of you for your support and business. May we never forget that we are here to serve your needs and that the client always comes first.

Just over 26 years ago I represented my first client in front of Judge Rapkin in this building. That workers' compensation office closed many years ago, and was available for lease. I reached an agreement this morning to rent that space, and I will be moving my Hazleton office there. So, in a few weeks, this office will once again be used for workers' compensation hearings-video rather than in person. Call me nostalgic, but it just seems right.
