Born and raised in Pittsford, Vermont, Robb graduated from Otter Valley Union High School in Brandon, Vermont in 1999. Following working for several years for City Year Boston, a National Service Organization, Robb attended Vermont Law School and graduated with his JD in 2009. ights in Montpelier and then as a Staff Attorney with the Burlington Public Defender’s Office. Returning to Rutland County to raise a family in 2010, Robb began working as a Public Defender in Rutland where he continued to practice Criminal Law, including felonies and life sentence cases, as well as DUI law. While working in Rutland, Vermont, Robb personally initiated and preserved several appeals which the Vermont Supreme Court decided in favor of his clients. During his time in Rutland, Vermont, Robb also won numerous jury trials, earned many favorable written decisions, and argued hundreds of motions for his clients. At present Robb is a Partner at Chadwick & Spensley, PLLC., with an office located in his home town of Pittsford. Robb is broadening his areas of expertise from Criminal Law and DUI Law, to include Personal Injury Law, Wills and Estates, Real Estate, Family Law, and of course Traffic Tickets. Robb is licensed to practice in Vermont State and Federal Court. Robb is a member of the Vermont Bar Association, the Rutland County Bar Association, and a Founding Member of the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association.

While working in Rutland, Vermont, Robb personally initiated and preserved several appeals which the Vermont Supreme Court decided in favor of his clients.
