My client was t-boned at an intersection by a negligent school van driver and it caused her bicep tendon to rupture.

The insurance company denied respnsibility for causing her injuries and offered her $20,000 to settle the case.

After a four day jury trial, we secured a fair and just $300,000 verdict for her.
