Is water collecting around your home's foundation? You might have a grading or drainage issue and it's becoming more and more common in Florida as new communities are built in lower-lying areas.

Here's what to look for:
✅ Check your gutters and downspouts
✅ Look at the slope of your yard
✅ Watch for water pooling near your foundation

And if your home is less than 7 years old, you may have legal recourse against your builder or developer.

Are Social Security judges treating veterans fairly? Disability Attorney Bill Demas doesn't think so and he's calling it out.

Disabled veterans who apply for SSDI on top of their VA benefits are facing a serious problem: judges who act more like gatekeepers of the trust fund than adjudicators of the facts.

These veterans earned BOTH benefits. They paid into Social Security. They served and sacrificed for their VA disability rating. Yet some judges treat them like they're gaming the system, simply because they receive more in combined benefits than they made while working.

That's not adjudicating. That's gatekeeping.
