Since you have found yourself on my page, I am sure you have heard words such as “foreclosure,” “reo,” “auction,” “flip to sale,” “flip to rent” “vacation rental” before… but do you really know the meaning behind these words, regarding investments in real estate?
Despite the fact that real estate is known to be the best business in the United States of America, it is true that a bad investment in real estate can drag your money down. However, there is a smart and reliable process to assure a successful investment.
The steps of the process looks somewhat like this: choosing a property below market price, choosing a property that is in distress (probably a product of foreclosure or reo), getting into an auction platform, and once the property is obtained, a process called “fixing”, comes into play. To successfully complete the fixing process, you must fully understand the cities and counties, the legal process (permits, fines, title search, mitigation, contract, earnest deposit, inspection, appraised, etc.), and remodeling such as prices and trends in customer demand. So, who truly understand these process? Well, your golden ticket is, me! I have been doing this since 2008, and not to brag or anything, but I am very good in my field.
The points I have mentioned above are only a small portion of the whole process.
