Raising Profits 📈

It's official! 💥 The auto service center here on Beverly Rd and Durfee Ave is now for sale! This property has tons of features and should benefit from future growth and development projects in the area.

My Goal: This property is being sold because the owner has another not-so-close business that works in hand with this particular property (9301 Beverly Rd). Because of the distance between their two businesses, the amount of cars they can service suffers. And my job is to solve that. My goal is to find an interested party to move into this property so that I could move the current owner into a building that is closer to their other business. This will save them a minimum of an hour/trip, increase their car service turnover, and therefore increase profits! 💰🚀
