Travis Getchell went to the Bangor hospital's emergency room in August of 2021 for severe pain and a loss of bladder sensation after he felt a 'pop' in his lower back while taking out the trash, according to his attorney, Meryl Poulin.

In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, our office will be closed on Monday January 19, 2026 as we take time to honor the life, legacy, and enduring impact of Dr. King.

Take a close look at your water bottles and make certain they are not Ozark Trail 64 oz. Stainless Steel Insulated Water Bottles, purchase at Walmart.

At least 2 people have suffered permanent vision loss as a result of the lid can forcefully ejecting and striking their eyes.

If you or someone you know has suffered eye injury as a result of these water bottles, call us, we can help with your claim.

Walmart is recalling about 850,000 stainless steel water bottles because the lid can “forcefully eject” and unexpectedly strike consumers — resulting in permanent vision loss for two people to date.
