The paragraph I am cutting and pasting below says it all. Ever since I returned from the Ukraine which is almost a year ago my life has changed for the better and certainly for the worst. It’s important to pray and support Ukraine with flags and education, but money and clothing and supplies have to be donated. We have to take care of our own people but we also have to realize that Vladimir Putin is a modern-day Hi**er type. And if we stick or noses in our cell phones and ignore this fact history will repeat itself again.

So please donate money or time or clothing you don’t need to the Red Cross or UNICEF or any other religious or non-religious nonprofit. And also educate yourself; 3 million civilians were killed in the Korean War and about 1.2 million persons died in the Vietnam war. This conflict could go on for years if not a decade unless this madman is stopped.

The presumption of innocence place to everyone, video evidence can be fabricated, DNA evidence can be planted, witnesses can testify falsely, but this piece of garbage needs to remain in jail and prison for a long time. I will never take another domestic violence case like this ever again ever. Disgusting.

Mental health and gun reform need to be at the forefront of citizens of this country. This behavior is absolutely disgusting. I also believe we need to have a better system regarding housing. What do you think? I don’t think there is a death penalty for this person that would be strong enough she needs to suffer to her last breath. Of course she’s presumed innocent and of course she is do medication but she killed her father, who raised her presumably, her husband and her child. Awful sad news and I pray for everyone involved again.

One of the strongest principles under the United States Constitution is The presumption of innocence in a trial by jury. Yet too many people are very intoxicated and drive a motor vehicle; this young man not only ruined his career, but killed a teammate and recruiter. I am sure there are many DUI defense lawyers that would take this case, however I don’t think I would want the bad karma. I wish everyone involved peace and offer prayers🙏.

One year ago today Russia unlawfully invaded Ukraine and is on the brink of starting World War III. As a son of a world traveler and a social activist, I traveled to the border of Ukraine to help almost a year ago. I came back with very bad PTSD and had to takeoff many months of work and go through counseling. But that what does not kill you makes you stronger, and in that vein I ask everyone to pray for peace an end to this unlawful war and death to Vladimir Putin.

Today is Presidents’ Day and I suggest that we reflect upon the leaders that we’ve had in our beloved country that have taken us out of dark times.  from George Washington Abraham Lincoln to FDR to Truman to John F. Kennedy and Reagan and now Joe Biden who visited Ukraine today.. Well it’s nice to have a four week work for you, it’s still a patriotic day, do what you can ro honor our country and our forefathers.
