Founder: Jose A. Saldivar graduated with honors from Arizona State University in 2001 and was a scholarship student at Arizona State University College of Law, a nationally recognized law school. Saldivar worked with Community Legal Services,a non-profit organization, helping indigent families and fighting for their rights, in Federal Court. In 2004, he worked for the Yuma County Legal
Defender’s Office defending indigent clients in Superior Court. From 2005 and 2010 he joined the criminal defense team of Arizona’s Largest Consumer Law Firm at the time. Saldivar has extensive criminal defense experience and is involved in all areas of criminal defense, Federal and State. He has represented high-profile clients in Nebraska, Texas, Nevada,
Pennsylvania, Virginia,and Colorado. Saldivar has worked on criminal appeals

Saldivar & Associates PLLC welcomes Jamie Averch to the team.

Jamie Averch is a law student at Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law with a passion for exploring the intersection of technology, privacy, and legal frameworks. Her work has been recognized through publication in the Arizona Attorney Magazine, where she authored “Biometric Data and Privacy in Arizona: The Gaps in Legal Protection”—an examination of critical privacy protections in our increasingly digital world.

She has also had the privilege of serving as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge John Blanchard, gaining invaluable insight into the judicial process and legal reasoning.

Currently, Jamie serves as a Staff Writer for the Arizona State Law Journal, where she continues to develop her legal writing and analytical skills. She is also an active member of the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, Jewish Law Students Association, and Women Law Students Association, where she engages with diverse legal communities and perspectives.
