Nancy Giles has been litigating in Arizona for 20 years. Previously, she practiced at a large national firm as well as one of the largest international firms in the country, where she defended clients in commercial litigation, employment, securities litigation, civil RICO actions, landlord-tenant disputes, arbitrations, administrative hearings, products liability, and insurance defense. She has served clients across the country, primarily in business litigation in the state and federal courts of Arizona, and has an impressive track record, having consistently won trials in both state and federal court. Being an entrepreneur herself, Nancy understands the needs and concerns of entrepreneurs and small businesses. Nancy's litigation practice places a high priority on meeting clients’ needs with the most efficient and effective solutions possible. Nancy graduated cm laude from the University of Arizona Law School in 1999. She also holds Master of Public Administration degree. In the 1990′s, prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Giles served as a forensic counselor for a cutting-edge treatment program in Kansas, where she assisted in drafting policy and implementing procedures that were upheld by the United States Supreme Court.
