In April of 2012 Scott Parker purchased One on One Realty. In addition to real estate sales Scott’s background included: Finance and mortgage origination, event sales and coordination, rural property development and timber management. He built a skillset to handle all aspects of rural real estate sales from having a dream to grabbing your new set of keys. In 1993 Scott graduated

from Portland State University with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. After working several years in sales, he went back to school and in 2007 received an Oregon Mortgage License. Scott received his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2009 and in 2012 earned an Oregon Principal Brokers License. Those who know Scott attest that he is a skilled negotiator. “When it comes to bringing two people together to agree on a home price, I take pride in my ability to assist.”
