"Hopefully we will never have another insurance claim but if we do we will definitely call Hillis first. Some people look at it as giving up a percentage of your claim, but it is a percentage of money we otherwise wouldn't have. If we had tried to deal with the insurance company on our own I'm sure we wouldn't have gotten even half of what Hillis got us. They take their job of getting you what your insurance company promises you seriously. Who has time to read through their entire insurance policy? But the Hillis team does. And having them handle all of the paperwork is invaluable. I can't thank Bob, Paul, Lynette & the rest of their team enough. Any claim is tough, but with their help we can thankfully fix everything.
