KML is pleased and excited to announce that Tyler Smith is returning to the firm as an Associate Attorney, effective March 2, 2026. Tyler brings a perfect blend of practical experience, industry knowledge, and a demonstrated commitment to client advocacy. He began his legal career with us at KML, where he spent seven years as a paralegal, handling a wide range of default services litigation. During his time as a paralegal, he attended Temple University Beasley School of Law in the evening division, balancing a full-time workload with rigorous legal studies.
After earning his law degree and passing the PA and NJ Bar Exams, Tyler served as a staff attorney at a non-profit legal services organization, representing vulnerable older Philadelphians facing tough homeownership challenges. His work focused on title issues, foreclosures, and probate matters. Tyler then expanded his practice in the private sector, assisting individuals and small businesses with a variety of legal needs, including property disputes, landlord-tenant matters, probate issues and administrative law.
In returning to KML as an Associate, Tyler is eager to bring his broadened experience back to the firm. He looks forward to continuing his dedication to delivering thorough and effective legal services to our clients.
Welcome Back, Tyler!
