The position is in our Philadelphia office.

Applicants should have experience representing sellers and buyers, borrowers, lenders and preferred equity investors in connection with sales, acquisitions, construction and permanent financing, and preferred equity investments and debt restructurings. Experience with CMBS loans a plus. ๐Ÿฆ

Candidates should possess the following:
