On May 19, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court released its decision in the ๐˜”๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ค๐˜ฉ๐˜ธ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฅ case, which substantially limits the Courtโ€™s prior ๐˜๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ๐˜บ ๐˜๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜จ๐˜ฆ holding that imposed a uniformity requirement on School District appeals. The Supreme Court reversed an earlier Commonwealth Court ruling that found the School District violated ๐˜๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ๐˜บ ๐˜๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜จ๐˜ฆ.
