Very proud of the work on this case to uncover corrupt conduct by Montgomery County Prison which included withholding video evidence and intentionally fabricating prison documents following the death of this young man. Glad we were able to bring this reprehensible conduct to light. Shame on them.

The family of Terrence Taylor, 23, recently learned that prison officials made efforts to obscure the details of his death.

Today a Philadelphia Court approved a $4.6 million dollar settlement I negotiated on behalf of my clients, a loving family who lost their husband and father in a tragic industrial equipment accident.
