Honored to once again present an update of the law in the PAJ Annual Auto Law Seminar this past week. Sometimes I am asked why I spend so much time preparing for my presentations in this seminar. One reason is because of comments like these:
Thank you, Professor Dale! Excellent presentation as always. I always feel lightyears ahead of the competition after your seminars. Thanks again. DM
Congratulations to the faculty on the totally superb and splendid presentation of the Auto Seminars this week. Without a doubt, anyone astute enough to understand and retain all the many, many instructive points made during this program would be well on his or her way to confidently and effectively representing the victim of not only an auto collision, but many other torts as well. LK.
You are a natural teacher and your auto segment is always so well done. Thank you for your continuing devotion to the plaintiffs’ attorneys. CB
Dale- fantastic job! I like the mix of case law with practical pointers. DL
Really well done, Dale. Congrats. NO

"Hey Dale, we received the check. I wanted to thank you again for all your hard work and dedication. We couldn't have done this without you. We are forever grateful. I'm going to be looking into an IRA so I can put a big chunk of this away for the future.
Thanks again Dale. You are truly great at what you do.

Pennsylvania's Move Over Law Goes into Effect TODAY!

The Move Over requires drivers approaching an emergency response area who are unable to safely merge into a lane further away from the response area to slow to at least 20 mph less than the posted speed limit. An emergency response area is where an emergency vehicle has its lights flashing, or where road crews or emergency responders have lighted flares, posted signs, or try to warn travelers.

An unusual case with a successful outcome
Dale Larrimore has been my attorney for me for about 2.5 years for an injury I sustained on a rental property. He is more than competent as well as thorough, hardworking and kind. He walked me through every step of this process and I felt confident as his client. He negotiated a successful settlement on my behalf and I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend Dale to represent anyone with a personal injury case.
