SellNowPhilly.com is looking to hire and train a hungry, self-motivated sales person to join our company.
This role will be directly responsible for driving revenue for the business. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A LICENSED REALTOR FOR THIS POSITION.

We have built our systems and formulas and know they work. We will train you in all you need to know but your effort will be your catalyst for SUCCESS
It's about maximum effort, continuing to work to improve, having a good attitude and being persistent
The duties of an acquisitions representative are to include;
Answer inbound calls/texts from motivated sellers.
Follow up with missed calls, voicemails and texts in a timely manner (within 20 mins).
Follow up with leads generated by our homeowner outreach team.
Utilize and maintain CRM and other software programs.
Qualify sellers.
Analyze property and deal.
Negotiate and execute deals to buy properties from sellers.
The Acquisitions Specialist will NOT be responsible for generating their own leads. We take care of that! We utilize a variety of marketing strategies to ensure we have a steady flow of inbound calls and texts. The Acquisitions Specialist will also NOT be responsible for managing renovations, handling tenants, etc. They can just focus on bringing in new deals. In our experience, we've learned that job specialization leads to better results the entire team!
