Over the last several years I received many calls from physicians, nurse, and pharmacists seeking consultation about health care legal issues and the advise this attorney dispensed to them. When you speak to your lawyer, make sure they also send you copies of every court filings. Current electronic filing systems generate emails notices to your attorney of the filing, if it was filed, accepted or rejected, and the exact date and time the filing was accepted. The federal and most Pennsylvania County civil dockets are accessible to everyone on line. Pennsylvania's criminal docket system is accessible to everyone every day. Always check up on your lawyer to make sure they are doing what the say. At Hark and Hark we "say what we will do" in your case and "do what we say". NEVER GET A MEDICAL MA*****NA CARD. Do not show up to work high or test positive for ma*****na. If you are drug tested -- for any weird, objective or subjective reason -- either at work or in a criminal investigation you will face a state licensing disciplinary investigation.
