This case was a tough one mentally for our client and us. Our client was on her way to work when a driver went the wrong way on the Ben Franklin bridge off ramp striking her at 60mph. Our client sustained life changing injuries. The inspection of the other car showed him flying the wrong way and even had an event of driving 100mph previously.
The insurance paid all of the policy limits within a few months. While no amount of money can help make our client whole, we are glad this was quickly put behind her so she can work on the long healing process

Our two clients were driving in Philadelphia crossing over a bridge when the defendant came out from a side street and struck our clients. She first refused to provide her license or her insurance. She then told her insurance company that our clients hit her. When we tried to settle the case, she then changed her story saying one of our clients was not even in the car. We filed suit and the insurance immediately paid their policy limits because they knew their insured wasn’t telling the truth.
