Congress is pushing legislation that will make lawsuits nearly impossible to pursue. These bills will rig the system against individuals like you and tip the scales in favor of powerful corporate defendants. Twice in one day!

If anyone should claim that there is still a medical malpractice lawsuit crisis in Pennsylvania this article shows that to be false. Insurance rates for doctors are down sharply as a result of the changes that were made over the past few years in the law. Enough should be enough!
