About my legal practice

I have over 30 years of experience as an attorney representing thousands of Debtors in Consumer and Small Business Bankruptcy and State Court foreclosure and other Debt civil actions. *I believe in giving my clients the vigorous defense and personal attention they deserve, and this is reflected in all 5 Star reviews from both clients and colleagues. Several years ago, I also resumed taking Criminal Defense cases, after having interned with the Camden County, New Jersey Public Defenders office while in law school-and previously having had Criminal Defense as being a major part of the first ten years of my law practice.

* I have also been Debtor's counsel in various published Bankruptcy cases *, eg. Debtors’ counsel in various published cases including In Re: Charles Jones which held that insurance proceeds are property of the bankruptcy estate, In Re: Herbert Watson which held that a balloon mortgage which is already past due could be paid through a Chapter 13 Plan, and In Re; Diane Hibble that held that a vehicle deficiency claim could not be filed for a vehicle repossessed during a bankruptcy proceeding in the bankruptcy claim..
