After many years of dedicated service, we are celebrating the retirement of Frank Mallon, our longtime Controller and an invaluable member of our team.
Frank joined the firm in 2003, bringing with him a wealth of experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Over the past two decades, he has played a central role in the growth and stability of the firm, overseeing countless financial and administrative functionsāfrom accounting and HR to policy development and day-to-day operations. His impact can be felt in every corner of the organization.
More than his professional contributions, Frank has been a true partner in building the culture of the firm. He has always embodied what we value most: integrity, collaboration, and a deep commitment to the people he works with. Frank often described the firm as a āfamily,ā and he helped make it feel exactly that way for so many of us.
We are especially grateful for his mentorship, his steady leadership through years of growth and change, and his willingness to always step in wherever he was needed. His dedication helped shape not only the business side of the firm, but also the environment we all work in every day.
Frank, your presence, wisdom, and humor will be greatly missed. We thank you for everything youāve given to the firm and wish you nothing but happiness, health, and well-deserved enjoyment in your retirement.
With much love ā Joe Stamopne and the entire Stampone OāBrien Dilsheimer Holloway team.
