Admin Assistant needed. We have been serving the Philadelphia legal community going on 28 years and continue to have a reputation for excellence in professionalism, quality, and personalized customer service.

The right candidate will have a dedicated and outstanding work ethic and display a meticulous attention to detail.

Two part-time remote positions available, with the ability to go into the Philadelphia office a few times a month, if the need arises.

Job Type: Part-time Pay rate: Hourly, depends on experience

Responsibilities:
-Admin Duties/Assist Scheduling Coordinator in calendar management
-Remotely assist clients with video conferencing (hosting, tech support, screen share) for highly-confidential depositions and court proceedings
-Potential for occasional in-person work in Center City, Philadelphia
-Create rapport with new and existing clients
-Assist in marketing and client rewards tasks
-Perform other related office tasks, such as answering phones and emails
-Help with other departments or duties as needed

Requirements:
-High school diploma
-Background in any of the following fields/industries: court reporting, legal services, document copy service, videography or other position in the legal industry (Preferred but not required)
-Ability to pass background check and drug test
-Maintain high level of confidentiality of all records and files
-A desire to promote the success of the organization
-Flexible daily and weekly schedule
-Access to reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free work space
-Highly-motivated, energetic and hard-working talent
-Customer service oriented and positive energy
-Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and writing)
-Tech savvy and quick learner for remote working
-Must have ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced -environment
-Knowledge of scheduling or calendaring software (ReporterBase OMTI software knowledge would be great)
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
