She handles all aspects of divorce negotiation and litigation including support, child custody, alimony, equitable distribution and domestic violence in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She also has experience with international divorce, adoption and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Evian is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Family Law Division and the alumni groups o
f the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University Beasley School of Law. She has volunteered extensively in civic projects and contributes her time to numerous local charities including Hadassah. She is an active member of the Nicholas A. Cipriani Family Law Inn of Court in Philadelphia and the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court for Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware and Chester Counties. She has also volunteered with the Small Business Development Center at Temple University and the Women's Law Project. Evian also offers pro bono family law assistance through Philadelphia VIP.
