We were honored to receive this year’s Corporate Ally Award from WOMEN'S WAY, at the organization’s 50th Anniversary Celebration!

We’ve been with WOMEN'S WAY from the start, helping to form the Philadelphia-based nonprofit organization and serving as its general counsel for the last five decades! At the inspirational 50th anniversary event last week, Diane Cornman-Levy of Women’s Way (left below) presented the award to our firm, accepted by Marcel Pratt, our office managing partner in Philadelphia, and Leslie John, a retired Ballard Spahr partner, whose decades-long service to the organization includes many years as general counsel and ongoing service as vice chair of the Women’s Way Board.

Women’s Way is dedicated to advancing opportunities for women and girls through education, research, advocacy, and grantmaking. The Corporate Ally Award recognizes our commitment and support of the Women’s Way mission and values, in pursuit of a more inclusive future.

Our support of Women’s Way stretches back to its founding in 1976, when we provided pro bono legal counseling to help create the organization. Learn more about Women’s Way and the award at the link: https://bit.ly/4dxf3ft

The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) has presented us its prestigious Transformative Project Award for 2026!

The award, which ILTA presented at an event last week, recognizes our initiative that uses artificial intelligence to automate first-level document review for litigation matters. We’ve worked with Syllo to operationalize agentic AI across active litigation workflows, enabling responsive review and issue tagging of approximately 1.6 million documents—and reducing review timelines from months to days, while materially lowering client costs and improving consistency in high-stakes matters.
