Mensing Law LLC Law firm helping workers with discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage claims. My goal is to achieve the best possible result for each client.

I started this firm because I enjoy helping individuals and small/mid-sized businesses resolve their legal issues. In order to resolve client issues as aggressively and efficiently as possible, I work with clients to customize a plan to suit each client’s unique needs.

The CARES Act greatly expanded access to unemployment benefits. If you are a self-employed worker, independent contractor, gig worker, freelancer, or someone who otherwise found themselves not covered by Pennsylvania UC -- THERE ARE BENEFITS FOR YOU!

Pennsylvania will be launching the new Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) program by the end of the month and YOU should apply.

PUA provides 39 weeks of benefits, including the extra $600 per week for the period of April through July! You will be able to file a claim retroactive to when you lost your job due to Covid19. The application will be available at www.uc.pa.gov by the end of April and we will provide updates as soon as we have them!
