🌠 🚨 BREAKING 🚨 🌠 For the 1st time in 4 years the Fed has lowered rate's. Today the Fed Funds Rate was lowered by .50%. Even more exciting than that is there is another .50 rate cut expected by the end of the year & another 1.00 rate cut expected next year. This is fantastic news for buyers and also for sellers that have been holding on to those lower rates they obtained a few years ago.
