We’re really excited for this one!!

Take Your Seat. Build the Table. What does it mean to make it to the leadership table—and what does it mean to make room for others once you get there?

Join us for our first General Body Meeting of the year featuring managing partners and law firm leaders from across Philadelphia. This candid conversation will explore the realities of leadership, the business of law, and the responsibility—and opportunity—to create pathways for the next generation.

Our panelists will share their experiences navigating partnership and firm leadership, building successful practices, developing relationships, and making the transition from attorney to leader. Just as importantly, they’ll discuss sponsorship, mentorship, succession, and what it looks like to intentionally bring others along.

Come for the conversation. Stay for the connections. Leave with a broader view of what leadership can look like—and who you can bring with you.

Today, we proudly celebrate one of our own.

Congratulations to our Past President, Monique Galloway, on her appointment as the City Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia.

Monique has long exemplified the very best of our profession through her exceptional leadership, unwavering commitment to justice, and dedicated service to both the legal community and the City of Philadelphia. During her time leading the Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia, she inspired others with her vision, grace, and passion for creating opportunities for those who would follow.

Please join us in congratulating Monique on this well-deserved honor. We wish her every success as she begins this exciting new chapter—we’ll be cheering her on every step of the way!
