Dear Clients, Friends & Family,
I hope all is dandy and that youāre having a fantastic summer. I wanted to reach out and let you know the exciting changes happening at PhillyBurbsHomeSearch.
The past six years as your Friendly Neighborhood Realtor have been great! Iāve met & helped some awesome clients find homes. Whether renting or buying, from the city to the burbs, I represent you.
I actually became a realtor out of a personal vendetta. I had a couple of bad experiences with some agents at a major transition point in my life. These realtors did not take the time with my purchase and disregarded my needs in crucial time sensitive circumstances. After that I pledged to NOT treat my clients as a number and got my license in PAā¦.
Just so you know this letter isnāt about me hanging up my realtor hat, nope. Iām still dedicated to finding my clients new homes and serving their best interests. So please feel free to continue to refer me to any friends, family and coworkers searching for a new home. Your loyalty and friendship is always greatly appreciated.
In addition to real estate I will be investing in my Photography work. As some of you know I transitioned to realty through the avenue of photography. I have been photographing architecture & interiors for agents since 2002. Since then my practice has branched out to Portraiture, Editorial and Product photography - in a studio setting as well as on location. Being a photographer allows me to explore, analyze, investigate and ultimately learn from peopleās cultures & environments. I capture these new experiences in the moment or document them in time on video. I look forward to meeting new clients and helping them tell their stories.
I am very happy to share that this page will now be - PHILLY PHOTO FLASH FOCUS RECORD*
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Thank you & Stay tuned,
Larry N.
