🏆 David Carney has been selected as a 2026 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for Products Liability and was recognized for his exceptional work in Vaccine Act litigation. Among his recent achievements, Mr. Carney secured a landmark entitlement ruling for a client who developed Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) following a seasonal flu vaccine—the first successful influenza vaccine/CIDP entitlement decision in the current Vaccine Court. He also obtained entitlement for a college athlete who suffered brachial neuritis and neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome after vaccination, overcoming highly contested medical and scientific issues through extensive expert testimony and aggressive advocacy.
