All statistics tell a story...📹 So what story is being told analyzing average days on market? In June last year, the average DOM was 23 versus 26 days this summer.

We started the year off with a whomping 54 days on market climbing to 56 in March and now it has tapered back down, quickly! The story we're experiencing is an increase in inventory, which is the supply of homes currently for sale in our market.

Combine this with a pool of buyers entering the market who were otherwise sitting back waiting for the interest rates to drop and the result? A healthy market, supporting the needs of both supply and the demand! VOILA! 🥳
