Below is an email I got from the escrow office for a Purchase closing I did for them on Friday. They received the document package this morning.

"Dawn, I am truly sorry Brandon’s middle name was mis-spelled and he had to correct the lender documents, but we did get funding approval so having him correct these worked out great. It has been a crazy morning and I hadn’t had a chance to tell you how SWEET and THANKFUL I am for the loving card and picture. No notary has ever done that for us before and we APPRECIATE all you did. The picture was PERFECT!! They looked so HAPPY!
